7 Days to Die RAT Remote Admin Tool Server Manager

RAT, or remote admin tool is a 7 days to die server manager authored by Trekkan.

Starting in 2016, Trekkan coded the very first version of RAT. This has been far outdated. But RAT was one of the first server managers for 7 Days to Die server owners.

In 2018, Trekkan released RAT 2. This is the version I started with and fell in love with. The power and versatility of RAT 2 was amazing. Adding things like a very customizable discord bot, powerful custom commands and a simplified user interface.

In late 2021 came the infamous 7 Days to Die update, Alpha 20. This brought huge changes to the game and Trekkan almost stopped coding his amzing RAT server manager. I did some research and found the the accompany mod that RAT needs to operate, Allocs server fixes, can provide a lot of information to RAT that it needs. So, I begged and pleaded to Trekkan and he made the amazing RAT 3. It was an easy decision as he had some new code laying around because he was going to rewrite RAT 2 anyway. Alpha 20 was the kick he needed to get it done. Working for a couple months, we were able to have a very functional 7 days to die server manager in RAT 3. More powerful than ever.

Don't forget Allocs Server Fixes, which you can download here.

RAT 4 will not fuction correctly without Allocs, so you need them together.

For A21 and up , you will also need The Fun Pimps (TFP) mods also, which come bundled with the dedicated server.

Allocs Server Fixes will be replaced by The Fun Pimps (TFP) mods once the TFP mods are complete. That may come in alpha 22 A22 or alpha 23 A23. For now, both mods work together.
